Role Overview:
The *KAM - Driver Sales* will be a key member of the Enterprise team, responsible for driving sales in both
existing and new accounts with annual revenue exceeding ₹100 crore. This is an individual contributor role that
requires close collaboration with the Business Head, Enterprise Sales & Support teams, NOC, Product, Finance,
and other functional groups to establish a market-leading Enterprise Business vertical in Telangana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue generation through sales to large enterprises, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
quotas.
- Individual contributor role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure retention, growth, and customer
satisfaction.
- Identify and secure large corporate business deals through self-driven initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address business vertical needs and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the Enterprise Business
vertical.
- Prepare and submit all required sales reports and Management Information System (MIS) data in a timely
manner.
- Continuously enhance customer relationships to drive business growth and retention.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of assigned sales targets and other key metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Successful acquisition and management of large enterprise accounts.
- High customer satisfaction and retention levels.
- Timely submission of sales reports and adherence to SOPs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of acquiring and managing large
accounts.
- Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in Telecom, System Integration, Data Centers, Cloud, SaaS
Sales, Media, or OEMs.
