10+ Years Relevant Experience
Fault Management domain (Network and IT monitoring) with exposure to IBM-NOI /AI OPs components like ITNM, Impact, Dash, Probe. ITNCM, RBA, ASM, AI Manager, Metric Manager, Cloud Pack for AIOPs
Hands on experience in IBM Netcool Suite like Omnibus, Probes, Gateways, Impact, TCR, JASS/DASH/NOI, RBA, ASM, ITNCM, Watson AI OPS
Strong Unix, PLSQL experience
Should be able to understand the Product Roadmap or any new functionalities and derive solution for same for all components of IBM Netcool / AI OPS components.
Experience on Installation / Upgrade, solution designing and configurations for the tools mentioned.
Experience of mapping and configuration of various probes supporting SNMP, CORBA, SOAP, REST, etc for Southbound NE s Integrations.
Experience in configuration of various NBI GW s like SOAP, REST etc for Northbound External system Integration.
Experience in Product Lifecycle Activities
Experience in cluster / HA configuration, deployment on virtual infrastructure and OCPStrong leadership, Communication skills
Knowledge on Cloud Architecture and Databases (Oracle, Mysql, NoSQL, Moogsoft etc)
Domain knowledge of Data Center, Fixed and Mobile (2G, 3G, 4G) Networks.
Knowledge on ETOM, TAM standards
Responsible for all Solution, Engineering, Lifecycle management activities of the tools within the portfolio domain
Responsible to maintain the AS-Build Documents, HLD s, LLD s, Blueprints
Follows engineering design life cycle with proper documentation ensuring that all detailed designs and templates adhere to network standards.
Design Roadmap and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to meets existing and future requirements.
