Job Description

  • Break into new markets & industries by identifying, targeting, and winning key accounts across sectors—from large-scale traditional businesses to high-growth digital natives, with a focus on India.
  • Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning and expanding business with existing Large Users in Southeast Asia and India.
  • Proactively prospect high-value enterprise accounts by:
  • Developing tailored outbound strategies
  • Leveraging deep customer insights
  • Driving multi-threaded relationships at the C-level
  • Engage and build strong relationships with C-level executives including CTOs, CFOs, COOs, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles:
  • Lead multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Overcome objections
  • Position Stripe as a must-have infrastructure partner
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to tailor solutions for Southeast Asian enterprises.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software sales experience selling to Enterprise and Digital Natives in SEA and India, preferably at a technology company, with a strong performance track record.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil / Hindi.
  • Strong understanding of Stripe API and ability to engage technical customers.
  • Proven capability in complex solution selling, including needs discovery and customized offerings.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, including comfort with modeling and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts in SEA & India.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.
  • Strong passion and interest in technology.
