Roles & Responsibilities:
- Follow up with insurance providers for claims resolution
- Handle denials and rejections specifically related to the mentioned specialties
- Identify billing issues and take corrective actions
- Work on appeals and re-submissions as necessary
- Maintain documentation and update the billing system accurately
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer-specific requirements
