ENM OP and ENM IP Coders

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate E/M codes for OP or IP services
• Ensure compliance with all applicable coding guidelines and regulations
• Maintain coding accuracy and productivity standards
• Work closely with the clinical and billing teams to resolve documentation and coding discrepancies
• Stay updated with the latest coding rules and healthcare guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Any Graduate (Bachelors degree in any discipline)
• Strong understanding of E/M coding practices
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ENM OP or ENM IP coding
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems and coding software
