We are seeking an experienced English Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in English language education, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Responsibilities
Conducting English language training sessions for diverse groups of learners.
Developing customized training materials and lesson plans to meet the needs of students.
Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
Implementing various teaching methodologies to enhance language acquisition.
Facilitating interactive activities to promote speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Skills and Qualifications
7-12 years of experience in English language training or a related field.
Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
Familiarity with different teaching methodologies and learning styles.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of students.
Certification in TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent is preferred.
Proficient in using technology for teaching, including online platforms and tools.
