Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. A TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or similar certification is preferred.
Proven experience in teaching English as a second language to diverse groups of learners, preferably in an educational institution or language school.
Excellent command of the English language, with proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
Knowledge of language acquisition theories, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices.
Familiarity with language teaching resources and technologies, including language learning software, multimedia tools, and online platforms.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to plan and deliver lessons, assess student work, and provide feedback in a timely manner.
