Key Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver classroom lectures and manage coursework in alignment with the curriculum.
• Prepare teaching materials and engaging activities to enhance the learning experience.
• Assign homework and design interesting exercises to reinforce lesson objectives.
• Identify students with special learning needs and develop individualized education plans.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments and exams; determine and record grades.
• Provide constructive feedback to students based on workload, participation, and behavior.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and performance.

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Arts (MA) in English
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
