Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Instrumentation Grinding Unit

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of field instruments, PLC/DCS systems, analyzers, and control loops associated with mills, conveyors, weigh feeders, and auxiliary equipment.
• Calibrate instruments and troubleshoot control issues to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, plant policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Participate in shutdown activities, spares planning, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate closely with production, mechanical, and electrical teams to achieve operational efficiency and safety.
• Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain adherence to company EHS policies and safety standards.
