Responsibilities:

• Lead complex power system studies using PSS®E and PSCAD
• Oversee grid integration studies for renewable energy projects
• Manage multiple grid connection projects simultaneously
• Lead a team of 4-6 power system engineers
• Interface with clients, utilities, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Conducting/supervising:
• Insulation coordination studies
• Switching transient analysis
• Harmonic studies
• Protection coordination
• Grid compliance studies in PSS®E and PSCAD
• System stability assessments
• Deliverables Management
• Technical reports
• Client presentations
• Design recommendations
• Grid code compliance documentation
• Team performance metrics

Desired Qualification & Experience:

• BE/M.Tech/MS Electrical Engineer
• Experience of around 8-10 years
• Knowledge of various IEC and ANSI standards for power system studies
• Specific experience of power system analysis tools PSCAD and PSS®E
• Advanced knowledge of:
• Dynamic stability analysis
• Short circuit calculations
• Frequency response
• Grid code compliance
• EMT simulations
• Renewable integration
• Python scripting
