Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Architect, design, and deliver scalable, distributed software solutions
• Mentor and coach team members to develop both technical and leadership skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to prioritize and manage tasks
• Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and protocols such as SSL/TLS and OAuth
• Drive adoption of architecture and design patterns following industry best practices
• Implement and maintain DevOps principles and cloud security best practices (preferred)
• Contribute to open-source projects and foster innovation within the team (bonus)
