Engineering Manager (Data Center)

• Provide overall engineering execution leadership for small projects or specific areas of medium to large projects.

• Take accountability for engineering team performance and successful execution of all engineering deliverables.

• Lead and guide the development and implementation of project execution strategies.

• Oversee engineering budget, schedule, and quality to ensure project alignment with baseline objectives.

• Coordinate design activities and ensure seamless integration across engineering disciplines.

• Identify critical issues, risks, and dependencies to support effective execution planning.

• Support collaboration between engineering disciplines by understanding workflows and anticipating project needs.

• Promote a positive project culture in coordination with the Project Manager.

• Review project scope documents including Scope of Services and Scope of Facilities across all project phases.

• Drive delivery of high-quality engineering services to enhance organizational competitiveness.

• Support and mentor engineering teams, fostering leadership and technical development.

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans while maintaining attention to detail and timelines.
