Work with engineers and leaders at Stripe to design, build, and operate the core security infrastructure used across all engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and users to ensure secure and scalable systems.

Who You Are:
Demonstrated empathy and strong communication skills with a collaborative leadership approach.
3+ years of experience in engineering management, particularly in security or infrastructure.
Deep experience with security on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Ability to make rigorous decisions and thoughtful trade-offs in complex systems.
Committed to building a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
Proven success in hiring and retaining top engineering talent.
Clear and persuasive in both written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with security monitoring tools (e.g., CSPM, CNAAP).
Exposure to multi-cloud or complex cloud environments.
