Job Title: Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and priorities.
• Ensure engineering best practices, code quality, and architecture standards are consistently applied.
• Guide team members through complex technical challenges and problem-solving.
• Manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement initiatives in tooling, processes, and systems.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture aligned with company values.
