Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Participate in customer calls to understand customer expectations.
• Provide status reports to leads as per defined timelines.
• Understand requirements of assigned modules/components in line with the overall project scope.
• Prepare unit test plans and perform unit testing.
• Implement/develop code according to design and coding standards.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of allocated tasks.
• Comply with SLK policies and procedures (timesheet, leave management, etc.).
• Assist Senior Developer / Analyst Designer in preparation of Integration Test Plans.
• Support integration testing and system testing.
• Resolve defects reported via peer reviews, independent verification, and testing.
• Conduct peer reviews to maintain code quality.
• Contribute to reusable code/components.
• Collaborate with team members and engage in learning initiatives.
