Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Requirement Understanding & Communication

• Participate in customer calls to understand expectations.
• Provide status reports to leads as per defined timelines.
• Understand requirements of assigned modules/components in line with overall project scope.

Development & Design

• Implement and develop code as per design specifications.
• Adhere to coding standards and guidelines.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Prepare unit test plans and test cases, and perform unit testing.
• Assist Senior Developers / Analysts / Designers in preparing Integration Test Plans.
• Support integration testing and system testing activities.
• Resolve defects identified through peer reviews, validation, and testing.
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure quality of deliverables.
• Contribute to reusable code and components.

Process Compliance

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures such as timesheet and leave management.
• Maintain quality of code as defined by organizational standards and processes.

Team Collaboration & Learning

• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Participate in learning initiatives as per organizational plans.
