Engineer/ Senior Engineer

Job Purpose:

• Ensure zero breakdown of electrical equipment including telephone exchange, air conditioners, LT MCC, and transformers.
• Reduce fixed costs by implementing preventive maintenance (PM) systems, best practices, and optimizing inventory.
• Prioritize safety of personnel and machinery by enforcing Aditya Birla Group (ABG) safety standards.
• Implement ISO, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) systems (ABOE), and Green Circles initiatives within the assigned area.
• Enhance technical skills and behavioral competencies through on-the-job training (OJT) and competency requirement training (CRT).

Professional Experience / Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT switchgear and HT/LT motors.
• Manage colony electrical maintenance and associated systems.
• Oversee maintenance of telephone exchange and air conditioning systems.
• Maintain solar fence systems and distribution transformers.

Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills:

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of MCC/PCC systems.
• Proficient in handling telephone exchange and air conditioning equipment.
• Skilled in maintenance of distribution transformers and other electrical infrastructure.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
