Engineer - Refinery

Job Responsibilities

Production Control and Maintenance

• Monitor and optimize production processes via PLC to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain production records and equipment functionality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Update and manage production-related information regularly.

Machine Maintenance and Manpower Handling

• Provide preventive maintenance for machines and equipment.
• Inspect machines for problems and carry out necessary rectifications.
• Monitor and approve work permits for contractors and workers.
• Instruct workers on process-related housekeeping, cleaning (PLF), maintenance, and chemical mixing.

Safety Handling

• Train and monitor workers on safety protocols within the packing plant.
• Ensure proper use of PPE including helmets, safety goggles, gloves, face masks, and safety belts for height work.
