Engineer - Production-Cement Plant

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and control kiln, raw mill, and cement mill processes.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and optimize operational performance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols during shift operations.
• Coordinate manpower and manage shift handovers.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Minimize operational losses and ensure smooth plant functioning.
