Job Description
- Monitor and control kiln, raw mill, and cement mill processes as applicable.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and optimize operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for seamless production operations.
- Manage manpower during shifts, conduct shift handovers, and maintain MIS reports.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and energy efficiency programs.
- Minimize operational losses and ensure smooth plant operations.
