Job Description
Area of Responsibility:
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade PKI system components such as HSM, CLM, EJBCA, Enterprise Secrets Management, and ADCS.
- Provide operational support to internal customers, including onboarding to CLM systems and handling certificate signing requests (CSRs).
- Collaborate with global IT teams across Europe, Asia, and America to optimize PKI solutions.
- Perform regular audits of PKI infrastructure and maintain accurate documentation.
- Administer, design, and enhance internal PKI services hosted in corporate data centers.
Decision Making & Ownership:
- Monitor all supported PKI systems and dependent services.
- Perform log analysis for troubleshooting and housekeeping activities.
- Execute service requests through the Service Desk (ticketing system).
- Manage vulnerabilities through patching and configuration adjustments.
- Maintain ongoing documentation of environments, workloads, and capacities.
- Identify and record risks in the organizational risk management process.
- Handle end-to-end change management for assigned systems.
