Engineer - New Technology Development

-Ensure delivery of technology projects under TCDS (Technology Creation and Development System) with proper process management and documentation.

-Manage ongoing technology projects and initiate new projects aligned with TCDS framework.

-Drive ideation and brainstorming for new and innovative (blue sky) projects including patent generation.

-Design components and perform CAD assembly for new technology development projects.

-Provide CAD support, resolve technical queries, and support ongoing engineering projects.

-Perform vehicle-level integration and DMU evaluation including detailing, drafting, and 2D drawing preparation.

-Collaborate with planning, prototype, and vendor teams for project execution and documentation.

-Track internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project development.

-Monitor monthly progress and ensure delivery of projects as per defined targets.

-Facilitate review meetings, document key takeaways, and track closure actions.
