Engineer Mechanical Maintenance & Electrical Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Maintenance:

• Operation and maintenance of utilities such as air compressors, air dryers, vapor compression and absorption chillers, cooling towers, nitrogen plant, etc.
• Handling shift jobs and routine maintenance in the plant.
• Preparation of daily utility reports.
• Planning and executing periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Maintaining inventory of fast-moving spares.
• Preparing and maintaining shutdown maintenance schedules and periodic checklists.
• Supervising and ensuring productivity in ball mill and packing plant operations.
• Lime stone crusher, coal crusher, and elevator maintenance works.
• Ensuring proper manpower allocation and utilization.
• Implementing fire, safety, and plant maintenance protocols.

Electrical Maintenance:

• Designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in chemical/production plants.
• Developing and reviewing electrical schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintaining instrumentation and control systems for chemical processes.
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues to optimize plant performance.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Providing technical support for electrical engineering projects.
• Collaborating with process, mechanical, and operations teams for smooth plant functioning.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reports for electrical systems and projects.
• Training and guiding junior electrical engineers and technicians.

Safety & Compliance:

• Implementing safety measures including PPE, LOTO, CLTI, and 5 safety rules.
• Collaborating with safety and environmental teams for regulatory compliance.
