Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning:

• Create and execute daily schedules to meet production targets.
• Optimize manpower and machinery utilization.

Process Improvement:

• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to reduce waste, downtime, and costs.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct in-process and pre-delivery inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.

Inventory Control:

• Manage finished goods stock levels and reconcile with ERP systems (SAP).

Dispatch & Logistics:

• Oversee packing, documentation, and coordination with transporters for timely deliveries.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce shop-floor safety protocols and 5S standards.

Technical Support:

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot production bottlenecks or equipment failures.
