Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Analysis & Problem Solving:

• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate engineering solutions.
• Identify technical issues and recommend effective, innovative solutions.

Design & Documentation:

• Develop technical diagrams, schematics, flowcharts, and supporting documentation.
• Design and develop new products or systems in line with customer and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Research & Development:

• Conduct research on new technologies and assess their application for improving current processes or products.
• Evaluate existing technologies for optimization or repurposing opportunities.

Project Support & Cost Estimation:

• Prepare proposals for new projects, including cost estimation and scheduling.
• Evaluate project results to ensure alignment with technical and financial expectations.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship:

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and assist them in delivering project milestones.
• Work collaboratively across departments to drive technical excellence and project success.
