System Maintenance

• Manage firmware upgrades, backups, version control, and ensure ongoing reliability of the SCADA infrastructure.

Dashboard & Analytics Development

• Develop real-time dashboards and analytical tools to support data-driven operational decisions.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with O&M teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve SCADA-related issues.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, and compliance records in preparation for internal and external audits.

Training & Support

• Provide technical support and hands-on training to technicians and junior team members.

Cybersecurity Implementation

• Ensure cybersecurity best practices in SCADA network design and configuration to protect critical infrastructure.
