Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements to determine suitable solutions for complex technical problems
• Create technical documentation such as diagrams, flowcharts, and formulas to support project implementation
• Guide and support junior engineers on assigned projects within their area of expertise
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current systems and processes
• Develop innovative product or system designs based on customer specifications and market demands
• Explore existing technologies for novel applications in solving engineering challenges
• Review existing concepts and products to ensure they comply with industry regulations, standards, and company policies
• Prepare technical proposals, identify project risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Estimate cost and schedule requirements for engineering projects and evaluate results upon completion
