Deliver lectures and seminars on endocrinology-related topics, including:
Hormonal regulation and feedback mechanisms
Endocrine disorders (e.g., diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal disorders)
Pharmacotherapy of endocrine diseases (e.g., insulin, antidiabetics, hormone replacement therapies)
Design and update curriculum and teaching materials.
Evaluate student performance through assessments, viva, and assignments.
Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects and internships.

Conduct and publish research in endocrine pharmacology, clinical endocrinology, or molecular endocrinology.
Seek funding for research projects and participate in interdisciplinary studies.
Attend and present at national/international conferences.

Collaborate with hospitals, endocrinologists, or pharma companies for case-based teaching and research.
Stay up to date with new drug developments in endocrinology (e.g., GLP-1 receptor agonists, SGLT2 inhibitors).

Participate in departmental meetings and assist in curriculum development.
Serve on examination boards, student welfare committees, and accreditation teams.
Help organize academic events such as workshops, CMEs, or guest lectures.

Essential:

M.Pharm / Pharm.D / MBBS with relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g., MD in Internal Medicine / Pharmacology, M.Pharm in Pharmacology, MSc in Endocrinology).
Strong academic background in Endocrinology and/or Pharmacology.

Desirable:

Strong understanding of endocrine physiology, pathophysiology, and pharmacotherapy.
Passion for teaching and student development.
Research aptitude and ability to write scientific publications.
Good communication and academic presentation skills.
Familiarity with modern teaching tools and techniques.
