End To End Performance testing Expert

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute end-to-end performance testing strategies using LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Conduct performance engineering activities to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency of systems.
• Engage in full software lifecycle from design to deployment and operations using Agile methodologies.
• Support system design reviews, capacity planning, risk assessments, and release readiness activities.
• Monitor system availability, latency, and health of live production services.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, metrics, and alerting systems using tools such as AppDynamics, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service availability, performance, and recovery.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automation strategies.
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reporting for production issues.
• Improve change management and capacity planning processes.
• Reduce manual effort through automation and engineering efficiency improvements.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and proactively address performance degradation.
• Work within Scrum teams to maintain deep understanding of system architecture and operations.
• Support operational excellence to improve customer experience (NPS) and service reliability.
