Role Overview

Deliver high-quality training to EMTs on:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Patient assessment & stabilization
• Bleeding control
• CPR & oxygen administration
• Safe patient transport to medical facilities

Experience Required

✔ Minimum 7 years in EMS, emergency care, ambulance services, or hospital ED

✔ Minimum 2–3 years in training EMTs/paramedics/nurses/emergency staff

✔ Pre-hospital or ambulance experience preferred

Key Skills

• Strong facilitation & learner engagement
• Classroom + simulation-based training expertise
• Competency assessment experience
• Excellent documentation & training management
• Able to thrive in fast-paced emergency environments
• Fluent in Hindi & English (Kannada preferred)
