Job Description

  • Employee Engagement: Serve as the key bridge between AMK and its external employees, maintaining constant contact with employees working at client sites.
  • Grievance Management: Handle employee grievances and resolve issues efficiently, acting as the first point of contact for all employees.
  • HR Support: Assist HR in the induction process and support salary negotiations.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with internal employees, team managers, and assist in conducting interviews.
  • Travel: May be required to travel once a year to meet employees and build rapport.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders.
