Job Description

AMK Group is looking for a dynamic Employee Engagement Professional to be a vital link between AMK and our external employees. You'll be the first point of contact for our employees working at client sites, constantly in touch to manage any grievances or issues they face. If you're a strong communicator, a natural at negotiation, and passionate about fostering positive employee relationships, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all external employees, maintaining constant communication with those working at client sites.
  • Grievance Handling: Proactively manage and resolve grievances and any issues employees may be facing, ensuring a supportive environment.
  • HR Collaboration: Assist the HR team with the induction process for new hires and support salary negotiations.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal employees and team managers, providing assistance in conducting interviews when needed.
  • Rapport Building: Travel occasionally (approximately once a year) to meet employees in person, strengthening relationships and building rapport.
