Legacy Software Responsibilities: Specify, analyze, and extract software requirements from existing documentation and systems, Analyze legacy source code and develop new features to enhance existing functionality
Legacy Software Responsibilities: Participate in the creation of test plans, conduct application-level testing, and verify software modules, Draft or update technical documentation to reflect software changes and ensure traceability
AUTOSAR & Model-Based Design Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document software and system-level requirements related to core tractor functions, Collaborate with system engineers to define software interfaces and interactions between vehicle control units and other ECUs
AUTOSAR & Model-Based Design Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with AUTOSAR standards and industry best practices in software architecture and module development, Implement and validate software components using model-based design and auto-coding techniques (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink)
AUTOSAR & Model-Based Design Responsibilities: Configure and integrate AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) and Runtime Environment (RTE) using tools such as Vector PREEvision, DaVinci,Geny, Tresos.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Mechatronics, or a related field
6+ years of experience in automotive or off-highway embedded software development
Strong proficiency in C programming with at least 3 years of experience in system-level software design, Hands-on experience with Model-Based Software Development (MBSD), including MATLAB tools and code generation
Practical experience in AUTOSAR-based software development
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and continuous integration (CI) tools, Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including unit and instrumentation testing
