Job Description
Project Planning & Execution
• Lead end-to-end execution of embedded system projects, including hardware, firmware, and software components.
• Plan, track, and deliver projects within defined scope, timelines, cost, and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle including prototyping, testing, validation, and certifications.
• Conduct regular technical and milestone reviews to ensure documentation and release readiness.
Cross-functional Coordination
• Coordinate with Embedded Software, Hardware, R&D, Quality, and Sales teams for smooth project execution.
• Support Sales and pre-sales teams with technical inputs and solution alignment.
• Align project deliverables with customer and business requirements.
Risk & Stakeholder Management
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and progress.
Technical Oversight
• Handle projects related to embedded devices, networking, and IoT-based products.
• Ensure strong integration between hardware development, firmware, and embedded software.
• Apply knowledge of networking protocols and IoT product development to project planning and execution.
