Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate and Analyze Reports: Prepare and analyze annual, quarterly, weekly, and ad hoc reports for multinational clients.
• Data Collection: Collect necessary financial and non-financial information from global offices to support client reporting.
• Report Creation & Process Execution: Create reports and execute processes while ensuring client deadlines, internal standards, and network commitments are met.
• Reinsurance Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate reinsurance documentation for pooling and/or captive client arrangements.
• Financial Bordereaux: Prepare basic to moderate financial bordereaux for different pooling or captive programs.
• Data Coordination: Coordinate with local offices and partner companies to gather data and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
• Quarterly Settlements: Perform quarterly settlements with network members and captive clients.
• Administrative & Analytical Support: Provide general administration and analytical support to the Multinational Sales Team and multinational clients.
• Process Improvement: Actively contribute to projects aimed at simplifying and standardizing the reporting and analysis process to enhance efficiency and quality.

Experience Requirement

• Relevant Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational reporting or client servicing roles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Prior experience working with multiple stakeholders across geographies is desirable.
• Data Management & Client Facing: Proven ability to manage data, generate reports, and handle client-facing responsibilities within agreed timelines
