We are seeking candidates for Email Process-Banking Associate to join our team in Tech Mahindra Mumbai Location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via email and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer complaints via email regarding banking services and products.
- Assist customers with CIBIL-related issues and provide solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.
- Collaborate with other internal team to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and suggestions for service improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with banking regulations and financial products is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
