Job Description
Automation Design & Programming
• Design, program, and implement PLC, HMI, Servo, VFD, and SCADA systems based on application requirements.
• Program motion controllers and integrate automation logic for complex machinery.
• Utilize industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, Profinet, Ethernet IP, and Modbus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and integrate solutions in automation programming.
• Apply knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and secondary packaging systems.
Project Leadership & Commissioning
• Lead automation projects from concept through commissioning.
• Conduct machine proving and site visits to ensure successful deployment.
• Prepare technical documentation including I/O lists, user manuals, and testing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial regulations.
Technical Expertise & Support
• Provide technical support to service engineers both online and offline.
• Apply knowledge of Pick & Place systems, race trackers, conveyor systems, and various sensors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems.
• Maintain documentation and records for ongoing and future automation projects.
