Electrical Design Engineer

• Provide essential administrative processes and technical knowledge for electrical design projects

• Apply cost-competitive execution techniques to deliver cost-effective solutions

• Develop and review electrical specifications and design criteria

• Participate in equipment and material procurement, permitting, and subcontracting activities

• Perform and check calculations, specify equipment, and solve moderately complex engineering problems

• Review vendor equipment documentation for compliance with project requirements and resolve discrepancies

• Analyze and recommend solutions for problems with varying complexity

• Perform effort-hour estimating and staff forecasting

• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and project requirements

• Support project execution and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Perform other duties as assigned
