Electrical Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical engineering activities including design review, equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including civil, electrical, and automation engineers.
• Manage vendors and contractors for mechanical systems such as piping, utilities, HVAC, and bottling line equipment.
• Ensure project milestones are met within budget and timeline constraints.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Review and approve mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during construction and commissioning phases.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental norms, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10 to 24 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
• Mandatory experience in F&B / Beverage / Bottling plant projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems used in beverage manufacturing facilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and mechanical design software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
