Key Responsibilities:

• Student Inquiries Management: Handle telephonic and face-to-face student inquiries, presenting course details and guiding students to understand the course structure.
• Inquiry Tracking: Maintain a detailed tracker of student inquiries to ensure proper follow-ups and record-keeping.
• Lead Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls on prospective student leads to drive enrollments.
• Enrollment Management: Manage the complete student enrollment process efficiently and accurately.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments.
