Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

• Use CRM software effectively to manage student data, track interactions, and maintain accurate records, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.

Educational & Counseling Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive educational and counseling plans tailored to individual student needs.

Student Support & Guidance:

• Provide academic and personal guidance to students, addressing concerns and supporting their overall development.

Equal Opportunity Practices:

• Foster inclusive practices and encourage student association by promoting equality and fair access to opportunities.

Cultural Sensitivity:

• Pay close attention to cultural and societal differences while interacting with and counseling students.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with academic teams and administrative staff to ensure effective student engagement and support.
