Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Amazon Europe P&L Owner to take full responsibility for revenue, margins, and profitability across UK, FR, DE, IT, and ES marketplaces. This role owns end-to-end commercial performance and works closely with design, marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance teams to scale the business profitably.

Key Responsibilities

Own full P&L for Amazon Europe, including topline growth, gross margins, contribution margins, and cost control. Define and execute annual and quarterly revenue plans, pricing strategy, promotion calendars, and demand forecasts. Partner with design teams to drive high-converting listings, A+ content, and brand stores. Lead marketing coordination for Amazon Ads, retail media, launches, and campaigns with clear ROAS targets. Work with sales and supply teams on inventory planning, sell-through, and availability to minimize stock-outs and aged inventory. Track KPIs, marketplace analytics, and profitability at country and SKU level, ensuring compliance with local market requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10–15 years of experience in eCommerce / marketplace roles
• Proven P&L ownership for Amazon Europe (UK, FR, DE, IT, ES)
• Strong pricing, margin, forecasting, and demand planning capability
• Hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads, SEO, promotions, and catalogue health
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders
