eCommerce- Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Client Management

• Lead implementation of SaaS solutions for multiple eCommerce clients simultaneously
• Translate client requirements into actionable plans and workflows
• Ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and adoption of cloud-based applications
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide effective solutions
• Maintain high standards of quality and timely execution throughout projects

Operations & Process Management

• Support order-to-cash processes, inventory management, and vendor coordination
• Monitor general ledger accounting, bank accounting, and credit collection activities where relevant
• Develop and maintain reports, documentation, and project tracking tools
• Ensure adherence to best practices in eCommerce operations and SaaS application usage

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate effectively in written and oral English with clients and internal teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
• Act as a point of contact for operational queries and escalations
• Demonstrate customer success-oriented attitude and proactive problem-solving
