Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and development for Oracle EBS applications across Finance, SCM, and Manufacturing modules.
- Analyze and resolve issues or incidents by collaborating with business analysts and end users.
- Develop and maintain customizations, interfaces, and integrations for Oracle EBS.
- Work on performance tuning, reports, and forms to enhance system efficiency.
- Create and modify reports using Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher, Blitz, and Qlik.
- Support workflows, forms, and OAF customizations as required.
- Utilize tools like ServiceNow, PVCS, and STAT for issue tracking and version control.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards in all technical deliverables.
