EBM Manager / Engineer – Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM Machine Maintenance)

Machine Maintenance & Operations

• Maintain EBM machines (Bekum, Kautex, Jomar, Magic, Meccanoplastica, or equivalent).
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machines and auxiliaries.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC-related issues.
• Ensure optimum machine uptime and production efficiency.

Utilities & Auxiliaries

• Maintain auxiliary equipment: compressors, chillers, material handling systems, dryers, molds, and temperature controllers.
• Coordinate with utility teams for uninterrupted power, air, and water supply.

Spare Parts & Cost Control

• Plan and manage critical spares inventory for EBM machines.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities via repair, refurbishment, and spares standardization.
• Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for spares, AMC, and technical support
