Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Sales Generation

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients through lead generation and prospecting.
  • Assess client needs and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Understand client insurance requirements and provide customized solutions.

Insurance Solutions & Risk Assessment

  • Offer property, liability, workers' compensation, and other commercial insurance products.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify insurance gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.

Market Analysis & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting corporate insurance clients.
