Early Years Facilitator Professionals

We are looking for female graduates with a pleasing personality, high energy, and enthusiasm to work with young children. The role involves managing classroom activities, implementing lesson plans, and supporting the overall development and well-being of children in a nurturing learning environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Classroom Management: Handle classroom operations and ensure smooth daily execution of lesson plans.
• Child Care: Take care of young children's basic needs, including engaging them in activities, feeding meals, and putting them down for naps.
• Learning & Development: Create a positive learning environment that supports cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Value Building: Maintain discipline and inculcate good manners and values among children.

Individual Responsibilities:

• Team Participation: Work effectively as a team player with fellow teachers and centre staff.
• Punctuality & Attendance: Arrive on time and inform the centre promptly in case of delays or absences.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain a positive attitude at work and approach feedback with a learning mindset.
• Work Ethics: Communicate directly and professionally, avoiding gossip or negative behavior.
