Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of senior toddler students.
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and independence.
• Support students' social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured and play-based learning experiences.
• Observe, assess, and document student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning outcomes.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communication and collaboration.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational approach.
• Participate in professional development programs to stay updated with current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Foster a strong sense of community, teamwork, and respect among students, parents, and staff.
