Job Description

Responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Director by managing schedules, communication, travel arrangements, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and manage conference room bookings.
  • Handle and prioritize correspondence, emails, and documents addressed to the Director.
  • Manage travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and hotel bookings for the Director.
  • Take dictation, record meeting minutes, and prepare accurate documentation.
  • Maintain and improve filing systems, databases, and administrative records.
  • Manage and update the Director's calendar to ensure efficient time management.
  • Support event planning activities and coordinate logistics when required.
  • Process and track monthly expense reports for the Director.
