Job Description
Responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Director by managing schedules, communication, travel arrangements, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal or external stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and manage conference room bookings.
- Handle and prioritize correspondence, emails, and documents addressed to the Director.
- Manage travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and hotel bookings for the Director.
- Take dictation, record meeting minutes, and prepare accurate documentation.
- Maintain and improve filing systems, databases, and administrative records.
- Manage and update the Director's calendar to ensure efficient time management.
- Support event planning activities and coordinate logistics when required.
- Process and track monthly expense reports for the Director.
