Job Description
- Act as the point of contact for the Founders among users, investors, team members and other external partners
- Serve as an extension of the Founders , take on a wide breadth of tasks and responsibilities so that they can refocus on other areas as necessary
- Draft and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the Founders
- Understand the business problem and business requirements; break down the problem to create a tailored approach to suit the business needs
- Manage all the projects at the organization and group level that need Founders intervention. Ensure the open tasks are taken up by respective team members, acted upon and close looped
- Work with teams and lead teams on assignments and manage the communication with all stakeholders
- Draft a strategy for the business identifying target segments and key growth opportunities
- Ensuring all the projects and tasks assigned to all should be completed in a timely manner
- Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with partners/vendors
- Research external opportunities that could help and organization penetrate new areas in the market
- Managing the calendars of the Founders
- Take down minutes of meetings
